sent to us. These items include:
If Residential Rehab Loan:
1.) Copy of ratified sales contract (or)
proof of ownership refinancing
2.) Itemized list of repairs to be made
to property
3.) Interior and exterior photos of
property
4.) Either one of the following: comps,
CMA or appraisal
If New Construction Loan:
1.) Copy of refinancing sales contract or
proof of land ownership
2.) Itemized construction budget
3.) Copy of approved plans
4.) Either one of the following: comps,
CMA or appraisal
If Land and Lot Loan:
1.) Copy of ratified sales contract (or)
proof of ownership if refinancing
2.) Proof of water and sewer (or perc
approval)
If Commercial, Multi-Unit, and Income
Producing Properties:
1.) Copy of ratified sales contract (or)
proof of ownership if refinancing
2.) Itemized list of repairs to be made
to property
3.) Interior and exterior photos of
property
4.) Either one of the following: comps,
CMA or appraisal
5.) Building financials and/or rent
