Residential Rehab Loans
RevitaLending will lend you the money for the acquisition and renovation of a residential rehab property.

Terms:
  • Up to 50% LTV based on ARV (After Repair Value)
  • 6-month balloon note
  • 12-month balloon with interest only payments or interest reserves
  • Repair money escrowed and released in accordance with renovation schedule and completion of work
  • No monthly mortgage payments (DC and Virginia)
  • Non-owner occupied only / Property must be vacant

New Construction Loans
RevitaLending will lend you the money for the acquisition of land and completion of small residential construction projects.

Terms:

  • Up to 50% of land value
  • Up to 100% of actual construction costs
  • 12-month balloon note with interest only payments or interest reserves
  • Construction Money Escrowed and released in accordance with renovation schedule and completion of work
  • We finance actual construction costs (no soft costs)

Land and Lot Loans
RevitaLending will lend you the money to acquire or refinance buildable lots and land.

Terms:

  • Up to 30% LTV of appraised value

  • 6-month balloon notes

  • 12-month with interest only payments or interest reserves

Commercial, Multi-Unit, and Income Producing Properties
RevitaLending is a great choice for the purchase or refinance of your commercial property.

Terms:

  • Up to 50% LTV of ARV (After Repair Value)
  • Up to 50% LTV of "as is" value if no repairs are needed
  • 6-month balloon notes
  • 12-month balloon with interest only payments or interest reserves
  • No Prepayment Penalty
