  • Documentation: We only need (1) Valid ID, (2) LLC or Inc docs, (3) Proof of insurance, (4) Proof of funds to close

  • Lending Territory: Washington DC | Maryland (Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Charles County) | Virginia (Northern VA).  Other areas case-by-case

  • Properties: 1 to 4 Units, single family
     

  • Appraisal: Not required
